An opportunity to hike along the natural trails at the Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve with access to the Bruce Trail and in the Orangeville, Island Lake area. Hikes offer opportunities for stopping every few minutes to do specific yoga stretches, asanas and yoga breathing exercises. Walking/Hiking in between asanas, and stopping to make use of trees, bridges and rocks to incorporate different opportunities for stretching and connecting with nature while engaging in a full yoga routine throughout the walk/hike. Very energizing and invigorating. Fun for all ages!
