An opportunity to hike along the natural trails at the Hockley Valley Provincial Nature Reserve with access to the Bruce Trail and in the Orangeville, Island Lake area with a group of women, stopping every few minutes to do specific yoga stretches, asanas and yoga breathing exercises. Walking/Hiking in between asanas, and taking breaks to make use of trees, bridges and rocks to incorporate different opportunities for stretching and connecting with nature while engaging in a full yoga routine throughout the walk/hike. Very energizing and invigorating while also engaging in insightful conversations on wellness and yoga-related topics. A great way to connect with natures and with yourself in the company of other like-minded women.
