The program for either the 1/2 hour or an hour would be divided into 4 sections accordingly:
1- Focus on Posture : Initial relaxation and mindfulness exercise Neck, shoulder and arms exercises focused on releasing tension in those over tensed areas Practical spine-posture realignment exercises which can be incorporated during daily office hours right on the spot develop good posture and in so doing to improve breathing capacity and productivity.
2- Stress Reduction : Exercises and practical tips to use during daily office hours to work with mindfulness, breathing and exercises to release stress at the office Using tension to release tension Mindfulness – scanning exercise to reduce daily minute-to-minute stress in the workforce
3- Re-energizing : Introduction to Pranayama (breathing techniques) to re-energize and get an energy boost at any time during the office routine and schedule.Breathing and increasing lung capacity to bring more oxygen into the lungs;therefore feeding the brain with more oxygen to re-energize and become more awake, engaged and productive at any time during office hours.Especially useful to pick up energy instead of getting an extra cup of coffee in the middle of the day. 4- Conclusion :Calming tips through the practice of balancing postures. Meditation and final relaxation
